The 205 Water web site promotes an ecologically-friendly residential building in the fashionable DUMBO section of Brooklyn, NY.

The web site is constructed to provide a sleek interface through images and layout that scale with browser and device dimensions. It offers pull-down and slide-in interface features, and an interactive mouse/touch area to drill through floorplans. It offers a highly customized Google Map of the neighborhood highlights.

The Foundation for Art and Preservation in Embassies (FAPE) works with the U.S. Department of State to contribute fine art to U.S. embassies around the world. FAPE’s donations include works by more than 200 preeminent American artists placed in over 140 countries.

Reaching their 25th Anniversary, FAPE contracted Blue Rattle to produce a new media presentation to celebrate their history. Built from visual designs prepared by C Design LLC. Blue Rattle built the animation and slideshow for their home page.

The animation and slideshow is built from javascript (jQuery) technology, and is embedded in the WordPress framework used for their site. Blue Rattle continues to provide web site development for FAPE.

Rentals Online provides national real estate listing services and support. It delivers a continuously updated dynamic directory of apartments and homes throughout the United States.

Blue Rattle has developed the Rentals Online site for the past year, providing a new visual layout and a variety of front-end and back-end enhancements. Features new Google Maps, lightbox-based and carousel image galleries, and extensive database-driven content from an ASP / SQL Server platform.

Blue Rattle constructed their web site by creating a custom WordPress theme. The site also includes an image slideshow, an image gallery, a blog, and a custom contact form.

Blue Rattle created a Flash image gallery. The application supported a navigation page for multiple events, and for each event displayed a slideshow of multiple photos, with selectable thumbnails.

Broad Street Advisors provides broad-based real estate investment banking and advisory services to institutional, private, and commercial real estate clients.

Blue Rattle constructed their web site as a 100% Flash application. The web site offers animated transitions, scrollers, and other graphic effects. The site content is driven from back-end data files and external images for easy customization. The site supports browser history, mapping each navigation within the Flash application as a distinct URL which can be revisited with the Back button.
