Blue Rattle created this site with WordPress. A custom theme was built to seamlessly map the catalog of projects, grouped together into category pages and displayed in individual project pages. The site integrates several page layouts which are all variations of a common three-column design.

The site is rich with images and movement, including an introductory animation, several slideshows of cross-fading images, image carousels that animate and can be manually navigated via mouse clicks or “swipes”,  custom full-window background images that scale to fill the browser, and automated “reflection” effects for images in certain layouts.  All the display / animation / interaction features are built using  jQuery to work across all browsers.

Blue Rattle built the Flash site, which contained four seasons of collections, press clippings, and a store locator.   Navigation was accompanied by motion graphics, and collection displays included videos and animation.

Blue Rattle designed and built an easy-to-view web site for this political awareness site.   The design allows for a clear presentation of featured issues and accompanying graphics and videos.  The WordPress site provides a “responsive” design, which adapts to the viewing device’s screen size, optimizing the site layout as needed, for traditional computer, laptop, tablet, and mobile device.

Blue Rattle provided a new look and new enhancements to the company website.  Built in WordPress, the site was restructured into two separate sites, with one built as a subdomain of the other.  The Blog content was restyled and enhanced with features such as new social media buttons, updated graphics, new sidebar widgets.

A system to provide downloadable Offers was built, where White Paper documents could be delivered to visitors who submitted their contact information.  A custom solution was integrated into their WordPress framework which allowed for any number of Offer to be packaged and marketed throughout the site.

Blue Rattle built this e-commerce site with many elegant features that highlight the esthetic appeal and the customizable variation of the product.   A home page combines attractive TypeKit fonts with a full-window resizing background photo.  The product page is presented in a grid-based design that extends without limit as the browser is scrolled.  Each product appears in a lightbox-style overlay which features more full-window images which can be altered by clicking the available thumbnails.

The e-commerce solution is implemented in WordPress with a Jigoshop foundation that is highly customized.    Standard order processing and credit card authorizations are supported.  In addition, the site provides a form-based inquiry tool available for each product.

Blue Rattle constructed a multi-tiered publishing framework within WordPress to support this enterprise.  It provides the ability to manage individual college pages by separate communities of student editors and contributing writers.  The administration area allows each college to publish their own section of articles and images, while the overall site supports intermural  features and navigation across colleges and conferences.

Features include image slideshows, ad integration, custom banner support, and an extensive administration infrastructure.
